Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. We are a family owned and operated business which has been providing Five Star HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) services for over 60 years! We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s heating and air conditioning systems.
The Big Task
- You will accurately and efficiently install top of the line heating and air conditioning equipment in our customers homes.
Key Sub Tasks
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- Effectively diagnose and repair heat pumps.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this, training provided.
- Strong selling capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with customers
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of HVAC installation experience required.
- Experience working in Service Titan and other comparable programs is a plus!
