Responsibilities
As a Commercial Billing Administrator your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Fulfill Special Billing Requirements.
- Apply payments to invoices.
- Take customer calls regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
- Resolve payment discrepancies through direct communication with customers.
- Perform outbound calls to customers on past-due accounts.

The primary requirements of a Commercial Billing Administrator are:

Salary: $15.00-$22.00 per hour. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given work week.
