1. JUNIOR ACQUISITIONS CLOSER — BUY PROPERTIES
Help Homeowners Move Forward.
- Handle scheduled inbound homeowner appointments
- Build relationships and understand sellers' needs
- Present cash offers and creative selling solutions
- Learn negotiation and closing techniques
- Work with experienced closers to secure agreements
We provide the leads, appointments, and underwriting support.
2. JUNIOR DISPOSITIONS CLOSER — SELL PROPERTIES
Help Investors Find Their Next Opportunity.
- Present off-market investment properties
- Build relationships with cash buyers and investors
- Negotiate offers and assist with closing transactions
- Manage buyer follow-ups and relationships
We provide the properties, buyers' opportunities, and training.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 months of sales experience preferred
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
- Competitive, ambitious, and financially motivated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, dependable, and eager to improve
Experience in automotive, retail, insurance, solar, roofing, home improvement, real estate, or other sales industries is welcome.
PAID TRAINING — CLOSER UNIVERSITY
