Automotive Sales Consultant | Ticket To Ride | Lancaster, PA
Ticket To Ride has helped central Pennsylvania drivers get on the road for 25 years. We're a pre-owned car dealership with in-house financing, an on-site lender, and a low-cost service department. We're growing our sales team and want to meet someone who likes helping people and enjoys the work.
What you'll do
- Greet customers, learn what they need and what they can afford, and match them with the right vehicle
- Walk customers through our in-house financing and help them feel confident about the process
- Give test drives and explain each vehicle, including its AutoCheck report
- Follow up with leads and past customers, and keep our CRM current
- Help keep the lot and inventory looking sharp
What we're looking for
- Sales experience, ideally in automotive, a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, honest approach to selling
- Comfort working with customers over the phone, via text and face to face
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a team mindset
- A valid driver's license
- A Pennsylvania salesperson license, or willingness to get one (we handle the license transfer and compliance training)
