What You’ll Do:
As a CARE PROFESSIONAL, you will provide meaningful support and companionship while helping seniors navigate everyday life with comfort and confidence. Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and engaging conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and continence care
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia support
• Encouragement, emotional support, and compassionate presence.
• Experience Preferred — But Heart Matters Most. Experience as a CNA, Assisted Living Caregiver, Hospice Aide or in Home Health is welcomed, but NOT required.

At Home Instead, we provide hands-on, instructor-led training designed to help every CARE PROFESSIONAL feel confident, prepared and supported before entering a client’s home. You will receive in-house certification in personal care tasks and ongoing education opportunities to help you grow both personally and professionally.We are looking for individuals who are:

• Friendly and able to communicate warmly with clients and families
• Passionate about serving others and making a difference
• Willing to complete background checks and screening requirements
• Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
