What You'll Do
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
- Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Support daily routines and household tasks
- Monitor for physical, emotional, and environmental changes
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Communicate observations clearly and accurately
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
We are looking for caregivers who:
- Are highly observant and proactive
- Recognize changes in condition before they become larger concerns
- Understand the importance of fall prevention and mobility safety
- Can balance client independence with necessary safety interventions
- Are patient, calm, and relationship-focused
- Have experience with transfers, mobility support, and personal care
- Take initiative and work well independently
- Communicate professionally with families and care teams
