Schedule
- Evening 8p-10p
- Seven days per week
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, toileting, hygiene, dressing, and daily routines
- Complete all transfers using a Hoyer lift
- Assist during meals and remain attentive to swallowing and choking concerns
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and calm redirection when needed
- Observe and report changes in skin condition, comfort level, or overall well-being
- Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and respectful environment
- Calm, patient dementia care
- Gentle communication and emotional reassurance
- Consistent use of safe transfer techniques
- Close attention to comfort, dignity, and safety
- A caregiver who can remain steady even during difficult moments

This role requires comfort with extensive hands-on caregiving, including:
- Full assistance with personal care
- Hoyer lift transfers throughout the shift
- Assisting with hygiene and toileting needs
- Remaining attentive during meals due to swallowing concerns
