Home Instead Client Care plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care from their very first contact with us and throughout their entire Home Instead journey.
Our Client Care team works across 11 territories, building relationships with clients, families, CAREGivers, and our local teams to ensure every client receives the right care and support for their individual needs.
WHAT DOES CLIENT CARE DO?
Client Care oversees the client experience from start to finish, serving as an important connection between our clients, their families, and our CAREGivers.

Client Care is also involved in helping our CAREGivers succeed.
At Home Instead, we know that quality care is about more than simply filling a schedule. It's about knowing the client, understanding their needs, supporting their CAREGivers, and staying involved throughout the entire care relationship.
Our Client Care team helps make sure no client or family feels like they are navigating their care journey alone.
From the first consultation, to the first day of service, through ongoing care, training, communication, and support, Client Care is there every step of the way.

Responsibilities Include
Client Consultations
- Meet with prospective clients and their families
- Learn about each client's individual needs, preferences, routines, and goals
- Discuss available Home Instead services and develop appropriate care plans
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with families from the beginning
- Guide new clients through the start of services
- Coordinate care needs and communicate important information to the caregiving team
- Help ensure clients are matched with CAREGivers who are the right fit for their needs
- Monitor the start of services and help resolve concerns along the way
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and their families
- Follow up regularly to ensure services are meeting expectations
- Address changes in client needs and coordinate updates to care plans
- Respond to concerns and work with the team to find solutions
- Help ensure our clients continue receiving safe, reliable, and compassionate care
Client Care is also involved in helping our CAREGivers succeed.
- Provide ongoing training and education
- Reinforce Home Instead policies, procedures, and best practices
- Help CAREGivers understand individual client needs and care plans
- Provide coaching and support when additional guidance is needed
- Promote continued professional growth and quality care
