The Role
You'll build our referral network across the region — working with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, and healthcare professionals to create lasting partnerships that generate qualified client inquiries and new care starts.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and community referral sources.
- Represent the organization through regular face-to-face meetings, presentations, and local networking events.
- Increase referral opportunities and convert leads into new client care starts.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and performance metrics within Salesforce.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure a seamless transition from referral to client onboarding.
- At least one year of healthcare, home care, or senior services experience.
- Someone who naturally builds connections and excels in an independent, field-based role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills — effective one-on-one and in groups.
- Comfortable with quotas, accountability, and measuring your own performance.
- Valid driver's license; willing to spend 50-80% of time in the community.
