THE ROLE
You’ll be our eyes and ears in the field. As the Care Quality Specialist, your job is to visit every client, connect with their families, observe our Care Professionals, and make sure the care we promise is the care being delivered. This is a dedicated quality role — not a desk job with occasional visits. You’ll spend your days in client homes, building relationships, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct quality assurance visits with every client on a recurring schedule established by compliance guidelines
- Connect with families and powers of attorney to review care and address concerns
- Perform supervisory visits to observe and coach Care Professionals in the field
- Evaluate care plans, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments based on changing needs
- Document all visit findings and maintain accurate records in WellSky
- Support the office team with introductions, re-evaluations, and other duties as needed
- As a 24/7 business, some visits require late evening, early morning, and weekend availability to ensure quality for all clients receiving care
WHO YOU ARE
- At least one year in home care, healthcare, or a client-facing quality role
- A strong communicator who builds trust with clients, families, and caregivers
- Organized and self-directed — you manage your own schedule and follow through
- Comfortable with technology (WellSky experience is a plus)
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You believe quality care is non-negotiable — and you’re willing to hold the standard

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
