Home Instead of Ithaca is now looking for energetic, focused and results driven individuals to join our growing office team. As an Home Care Coordinator perspective hires will be a part of a growing, business with the goal of providing quality and compassionate care to our elderly clients. The Home Care Coordinator is expected to answer phones, complete administrative tasks (which include hiring, onboarding, staffing and scheduling), perform in -home visits with potential clients, provide companion home care for clients when needed, and support staff members and ownership with clerical duties to provide the highest quality care to clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Reflect the core values of CNY Seniors LLC. A privately owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise.
· Handle office responsibilities that allow for a consistent networking effort, which is critical to building a business.
· Greet and welcome visitor (via phone or in person) in a friendly, warm professional manner.
· Answer each incoming call with a friendly professional manner and distribute calls to appropriate staff.
· Field new client inquires via the phone and schedule care consultations.
· Assist with hiring process of new caregivers, duties include both fielding inbound caregiver inquiries and making outbound recruitment calls, interviewing, onboarding and training.
· Assist with billing, invoice generation and mailing of invoices to clients.
· Enter and maintain current and correct client and caregiver data in Clear Care or current operating system.
· Communicate client or caregiver concerns with owner or proper staff members in timely manner.
· Have and maintain a positive mental attitude.
· Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are upheld.
· Maintain regular attendance in office to execute job responsibilities.
Provide In-Home Companion care for clients when needed
