Home Helpers is now hiring for a HR Specialist for our Milton/Molino office!
This is a joint office role and you will be required to commute to each office twice a week, being at your home office on Fridays.
The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.
Duties:
- Facilitating orientation and training for caregivers
- Communicate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a quick hiring timeline for all applicants.
- Implement policy and procedures with employee retention.
- Offer continued support and training to all caregivers.
- Responsible for assisting with payroll.
- Upkeep spreadsheets and reports as directed.
- Needs to be proficient in computer skills
- Caregiver Experience (Preferred)
