As an ACT, youll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
- Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
- Age 18 or older
- Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
Salary : $14 - $18
