Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Every Other Weekend
Pay: $19 to $25 per hour evening differential bonus potential

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility.
- Help create a positive and structured evening routine.
- Provide support in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate updates to the care team.
- Document care and support a safe, comfortable environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred.
- Passion for working in senior living and long-term care.
- Willingness to pursue CNA certification with support provided.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
