About Home Care Nurses America
Home Care Nurses America is an Arizona-based healthcare services operation supported by the experience and systems of Home Care Nurses Australia, an established home care and healthcare staffing provider operating since 2014.
Our Australian business has extensive experience delivering home care and healthcare workforce solutions across metropolitan, regional and difficult-to-service communities. We are now bringing that experience to Arizona through local professionals, local care teams and an Arizona-focused operating model.
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, personable and commercially focused Community Partnerships & Client Liaison to help establish HCNA's private-pay home care and healthcare staffing services throughout Arizona.
This position will develop relationships with private families, healthcare facilities, medical professionals and community organisations. The successful applicant will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified enquiries and support the conversion of those opportunities into active clients and facility contracts.
The initial territory will include Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and greater Phoenix, with planned expansion into the East Valley, Pinal County, the West Valley and other underserved Arizona communities.
This is a PRN position with hours scheduled according to operational requirements. Initial hours are anticipated to average approximately 10-15 hours per week but are not guaranteed. The position includes a 90-day introductory period, with opportunities for increased hours as HCNA's Arizona operations grow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled-nursing facilities, assisted-living communities, medical practices and other healthcare organisations.
  • Establish connections with discharge planners, Directors of Nursing, facility administrators, case managers and geriatric care managers.
  • Promote HCNA's private-pay home care and healthcare staffing services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for healthcare staffing agreements.
  • Build relationships with senior organisations, community groups and professional networks.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to private-client and family enquiries.
  • Arrange client consultations and support the onboarding process.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and visits with prospective clients and community partners.
  • Represent HCNA at networking events, healthcare functions and community meetings.
  • Develop assigned Arizona territories, including communities experiencing difficulty accessing reliable care.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, enquiries, meetings, follow-ups and outcomes.
  • Provide weekly reports covering relationship development, qualified enquiries, conversions and active opportunities.
  • Work with HCNA's recruitment, credentialing and operations teams to ensure services are only offered where appropriately qualified workers are available.
About You
The successful applicant will ideally have:
  • Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, senior living, rehabilitation, hospital discharge, community health or a related sector.
  • Existing professional relationships within the Arizona healthcare or senior-care market.
  • Demonstrated success in community outreach, client liaison, healthcare sales or business development.
  • The confidence to communicate with healthcare executives, facility administrators, medical professionals and private families.
  • Strong presentation, communication and follow-up skills.
  • A compassionate, trustworthy and professional manner.
  • The ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
  • Good organisational and recordkeeping skills.
  • A valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Availability to attend occasional early-morning or evening networking events.
Clinical qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. This is a partnerships and client-development role and does not involve providing clinical care.
Compensation and Incentives
  • US$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and established industry relationships.
  • Performance incentives based on agreed and documented business-development milestones.
  • Approved business mileage reimbursement.
  • Flexible PRN scheduling according to operational requirements.
  • Opportunity for increased hours as HCNA secures clients and facility contracts.
Hours must be authorised in advance and may increase or decrease depending on business requirements. No minimum number of weekly hours is guaranteed.
Performance incentives are paid for legitimate business-development services and agreed operational outcomes. The employee must not offer, promise, request or provide payments, gifts or other benefits to external parties in exchange for client or patient referrals.
Why Join HCNA?
This is an opportunity to help establish an experienced international home care and healthcare staffing organisation in Arizona from its early stages.
You will work directly with HCNA's leadership, develop meaningful relationships throughout Arizona and help expand services into communities where reliable care and healthcare staffing can be difficult to secure.
The role offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to grow alongside HCNA's Arizona operations.
How to Apply
Please submit your résumé and a brief cover letter outlining:
  • Your Arizona healthcare, home care or senior-care experience.
  • The Arizona communities and territories you know best.
  • Your existing professional networks.
  • Examples of private-client growth, facility contracts or community partnerships you have helped secure.
  • Your availability for PRN work.
  • Your preferred geographical territory.
