Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of transactions
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving dishes and managing banquet or catering events
- Develop beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while balancing registers at shift end
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or serving roles within the food industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience in fine dining environments or with craft beer, wine knowledge, and cocktail creation is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for retail math and cash handling
- Experience with banquet service or catering operations is beneficial
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, energetic attitude
