Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and night audit procedures to ensure smooth functioning and high guest satisfaction
- Lead and supervise staff across departments such as human resources, customer service, and housekeeping to maintain a motivated and efficient team
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase occupancy rates and revenue streams, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and special events
- Cultivate relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to expand the hotel's market presence
- Manage budgeting processes, revenue management strategies, and cost controls to optimize financial performance
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations across all departments
- Promote a culture of exceptional guest relations by maintaining high standards of service quality and addressing guest concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort settings
- Strong background in hospitality management with expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest services protocols
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and hospitality software is preferred
