These roles are hands-on production positions — you will be on your feet, working with your hands, and part of a fast-paced team.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for physically packaging cannabis products before they go to market. This is a detail-heavy role where accuracy and consistency matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Weighing and packaging flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates
- Applying labels to finished products
- Assembling packaging (jars, bags, boxes, etc.)
- Verifying weights and product counts
- Keeping your workstation clean and organized
- Working alongside a production team to meet daily output goals
Requirements
- Must be 21 (required for employment in a licensed cannabis facility in Massachusetts)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Reliable and punctual

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
