Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cannabis Retail Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of their assigned vault and ensure that the Retail store is stocked for sale.
Duties
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is stocked.
- Preform order fulfillment and restocking as needed.
- Ensure that there is always a sufficient supply of products to meet store demand.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing products, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and optimizing purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective stock replenishment.
- Analyze sales data, demand trends to forecast inventory needs and improve stocking strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, supplier contracts, and compliance documentation in accordance with industry regulations.
- Compile and submit inventory reports as requested.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- At least 1 year of inventory experience is required.
- Experience creating a catalog in Dutchie and receiving inventory in Metrc is required.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Proficiency with Excel is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to work.
- Must be able to pass the background check in accordance with the state of MA regulations.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
