Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Replace worn or damaged parts, such as bearings, gears, and seals.Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairing tractors.Utilize torch and welder for basic cutting, brazing, and welding as needed.Follow all safety procedures and comply with environmental regulations.Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed for service reports, time entry, warranty.Other duties as assigned.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
