Position: Sales Agronomist (PCA / CCA Preferred)
We are seeking a driven, articulate, technically strong advisor who is passionate about agronomy and thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment. Compensation:
Earn $80,000–$150,000 depending on experience, with performance bonuses that reward new customers, retention, and territory growth.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Agronomist on the Axiom Ag team, you will:
- Work directly with growers to assess soil, tissue, and biological needs using Axiom’s proprietary nutrition tools
- Build and manage a book of business in your assigned region (no dealers—you work directly with growers)
- Provide technical agronomic guidance on nutrient programs, root flush timing, fruit development, and in-season corrections
- Conduct field visits to evaluate plant health and make recommendations based on data and field observations
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure on-time product delivery and exceptional customer experience
- Represent Axiom Ag at industry events, trade shows, field days, and grower meetings
- Help farmers understand the advantages of lactate-bound nutrition, true organic acids, and bioavailable plant nutrition

This role is ideal for a Pest Control Advisor, Certified Crop Advisor, or field agronomist with experience offering recommendations to growers.
