  • Provide daily technical guidance, remove blockers, and enforce execution discipline.

  • Establish coding standards, review processes, and quality benchmarks.

  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Conduct performance management and capability development.

Platform Reliability & Operational Excellence

  • Own uptime, availability, and performance of all web platforms.

  • Ensure monitoring, alerting, and structured incident response processes are in place.

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues.

  • Improve release stability and deployment practices.

  • Maintain performance standards, including page speed and system responsiveness.

Quality & Governance

  • Oversee QA strategy, regression coverage, and release readiness.

  • Enforce structured SDLC practices including CI/CD and change management.

  • Reduce production defects through disciplined engineering controls.

  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience

  • 8 years in web or software engineering roles.

  • 3–5 years leading engineering and QA teams.

  • Experience managing high-availability web platforms.

  • Calm and decisive under pressure, providing stability during incidents and critical delivery moments.

  • Trusted change agent who brings structure, clarity, and measurable progress to complex challenges.

  • Focused on long-term team capability and sustainable performance.
