About Holley Performance Brands

For over a century, we’ve fueled the passion of car and truck enthusiasts with innovative products, legendary brands, and a commitment to performance. From the racetrack to the street, we’re driven by a shared love for speed, power, and pushing what’s possible — and we’re building the next generation of digital experiences to match that same energy.
About The Team
At Holley Performance Brands, our Customer Experience Center of Excellence team is shaping the future of Holley’s 360° digital retail experience. We help customers connect with the right products across Holley’s brands, stores, distributors, and partners. Our goal is simple — create personalized, data-driven experiences that build lasting relationships between brands and their customers.
About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead and scale Holley’s paid acquisition efforts across all digital channels. Reporting to COE leadership and partnering closely with Divisional Marketing Directors, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns — driving measurable revenue growth while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) in a high-consideration automotive DTC environment.
You will lead a distributed team of Paid Media Managers and specialists within divisions, translate high-level strategy into divisional execution, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and foster a culture of rigorous testing, attribution accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search (Google, Bing, Amazon), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest), programmatic display, and emerging channels.
- Own and allocate multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring efficient spend distribution to meet divisional growth, CAC, and ROAS targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Paid Media Managers, Specialists, and analysts — setting clear KPIs, fostering experimentation, and driving performance accountability across divisions.
- Define, track, and report core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, conversion rates) to senior leadership with clear, data-backed insights.
- Build and maintain a rigorous A/B testing and incrementality framework across creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with creative, analytics, product, and divisional teams to develop high-converting ad assets, landing experiences, and audience strategies tailored to automotive enthusiast behavior.
- Oversee marketing attribution modeling, pixel/tag management, and cross-channel measurement in collaboration with the analytics team.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, betas, industry trends, and emerging channels — bringing forward-thinking recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 8 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media buying, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams and large-scale campaigns.
- Proven experience managing annual budgets of $8M with consistent delivery against growth and efficiency targets.
- Hands-on expertise with major platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, programmatic DSPs, and at least one additional channel (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon).
- Experience in eCommerce, DTC, automotive, or high-consideration consumer goods strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Deep analytical capability —proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM) and optimization levers across channels.
- Expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and UTM/pixel implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills — able to present complex data insights and strategies to executive and divisional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, teams, and cross-functional priorities simultaneously.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications plus.
