Role Snapshot

• Operate and monitor production machinery throughout your shift.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality control checks.
• Detect, escalate, and help resolve equipment irregularities early to avoid downtime.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized workstation at all times.
• Meet production goals while keeping quality as the top priority.
• Collaborate with a team that promotes accountability and mutual support.

Schedule & Pay

• Compensation: $21.50–$23.50 per hour, depending on shift
• Multiple shift options available
• 12-hour shifts

What You Bring

• Hands-on time operating equipment or machinery in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, automotive, or similar settings.

• Ability to handle the physical nature of the role: 12 hours on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying focused from start to finish.
