Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a tax associate. The associate must be based in Nashville, TN. Candidates generally should have 2-5 years of strong tax experience, particularly in connection with corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions involving private equity. Candidates should have strong writing skills, exhibit close attention to detail, and be hardworking. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered.
