Qualifications
- 1-3 years of litigation experience in a law firm, government agency, or judicial clerkship.
- Excellent academic credentials, research skills, and written and oral advocacy abilities.
- Experience with legal research, motion practice, discovery, and client-facing assignments.
- Strong interest in government investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and complex litigation.
- International trade, customs, tariff, or related regulatory experience is preferred.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
- Assist with all phases of discovery, including document review, written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
- Support government investigations, regulatory proceedings, and litigation matters.
- Assist with international trade counseling and customs-related advice for domestic and multinational clients.
- Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate across practices on matters involving domestic and international business issues.
- This position may be filled in Tysons, Virginia. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $225,000 - $260,000/yr. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
