The Role
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for our office and a key support resource for the People Team. This role keeps day-to-day office operations running smoothly, supports HR functions like onboarding and data entry, and focuses on employee engagement and culture. This is a Tier 2 position. Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors, candidates, vendors, and trade partners
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a professional, organized front office
People Team & HR Support
- Assist with new-hire onboarding logistics, welcome packets, and orientation materials
- Support offboarding documentation as needed
- Perform HR data entry and maintain digital and physical personnel files
- Process approved PTO requests and update scheduling systems
- Help coordinate interview scheduling and prepare interview packets
General Office Administration
- Maintain shared calendars, conference room reservations, and meeting readiness
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, copying, scanning, and filing
- Track office subscriptions, invoices, and purchase orders
- Coordinate vendor visits and office maintenance needs
- Provide general administrative support across teams
Other duties may be assigned.

Someone who communicates well across teams and helps ensure a seamless experience for both homeowners and internal staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of administrative, real estate, or management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Job Type & Compensation
- Type: Full-time | In-person (Auburn, AL)
- Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
