What Will You Do?
As The Full-time Volunteer Coordinator, You Will
- Work a 40 hour per week schedule, Monday - Friday days
- Recruit, interview, on-board new volunteers; the primary focus is on engaging Holland Home residents in meaningful volunteer opportunities
- Schedule volunteers for a variety of assignments
- Maintain and track records via computer software
- Support Holland Home’s Vibrant Living wellness programming
- Flexibility, resiliency, dependability, and adaptability
- Self-directed and autonomous
- Ability to prioritize
- Organized and detailed
- Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications
- Team player mentality
- Position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Our ideal candidate will have experience with various computer programs and scheduling
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with volunteers or related field, medical office experience is a plus
