Clinic Scheduler, full-time – Care Resources

Care Resources has a unique opportunity for a full-time Clinic Scheduler. This position is a key part of this awesome Care Resources team that continues to grow!!

Care Resources is a community-based program for people 55 or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement.

What Will You Do As The Clinic Scheduler

• Schedule outside provider appointments for the participants
• Schedule onsite specialty provider appointments
• Create referrals
• Request medical records and authorize services

Education And Experience

• Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Our ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical record computer systems and scheduling
• 1 to 2 years of general office processes, medical terminology knowledge is a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to make home visits
• Prefer 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population
  
  

Hours

• Work a Monday - Friday schedule, 8am – 4:30pm
