What You’ll Do
As an RN or LPN at Holland Home, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing direct nursing care in alignment with our mission
- Conducting assessments and administering medications
- Maintaining medication carts and following physician orders
- Supervising CNAs and other support staff
- Assisting physicians with evaluations and procedures
- Completing documentation accurately and timely
- Building trusting relationships with residents and families

- Breton Woods Rehab Campus: 2500 Breton Woods Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512
- 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period)
- Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat
- Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
- 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period)
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
- Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri
- 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period)
- Week 1: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
- Week 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
Open Part-Time Positions
- 1st Shift (6:30am – 7pm | 12hrs/pay period)
- Every other Sunday
- 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 48 hrs/pay period)
- Week 1: Mon, Fri, Sat
- Week 2: Sun, Tue, Thu
- 3rd Shift (6:30pm/10:30pm – 7am | 40hrs/pay period)
- Week 1: Fri, Sat (12hrs)
- Week 2: Fri (12hrs), Sat
- 3rd Shift (6:30pm – 7am | 36hrs/pay period)
- Week 1: Sun (12hrs), Fri (12hrs)
- Week 2: Sat (12hrs)
- Active and valid Michigan RN or LPN license
- CPR certification required
- Experience in geriatric care preferred (supportive training provided)
- Basic computer skills for EMR documentation
- Pick up pay available for picking up extra hours
