Job Title: Oracle Developer (Oracle EBS Financials)
Location: Hybrid – Richmond, VA
Duration: 6 Month

Visa: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only (due to government contract requirements)
- On-site first 6 weeks, then ~3 days on-site/week
Top Skills Required:
- Oracle EBS Financials R12.2.4 (AP, AR, GL, PO, Inventory)
- PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher
- Experience with integrations, APIs, Web ADI, OA Framework
- Strong understanding of Financial business processes
- Documentation and system enhancement experience
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – plus
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and reports
- Support data migration and external system integrations
- Troubleshoot application issues and performance problems
- Collaborate with DBAs, functional analysts, and business teams
- Ensure adherence to secure coding and IT governance
- Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or hybrid EBS-to-Cloud experience
- Oracle APEX and Oracle Workflow
- Agile methodology & DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira)
- Public sector or large enterprise financial operations experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years Oracle EBS R12 Financials development experience
- Strong technical & functional expertise in Financials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
