Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Manager to lead Oracle Fusion implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules, proven project leadership experience, and a successful track record of managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion deployments.
Required Experience
- 8–15 years of overall IT/ERP experience.
- 8 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
- 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion projects, support, and enhancement initiatives.
- Prior Team Lead, Project Lead, or Project Manager experience.

- R2R: GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
- O2C: Order Management, AR, Billing
- P2P: Procurement, AP, Supplier Management
- PLM: Product Data Hub, Innovation Management

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules.
- Lead project delivery, stakeholder communication, testing, and issue resolution.
