Position Overview
- The Oklahoma Office of Management & Enterprise Services (OMES), Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE), is seeking experienced PeopleSoft Developers to support the State of Oklahoma’s PeopleSoft Financials system.
- This role involves working on Phase II module implementations, production support, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives. Candidates will function as part of the FCoE Core Team, contributing in both support and lead capacities across multiple projects.

- Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 (PUM 53)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- PeopleTools
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- SQR
- Component Interfaces
- BI Publisher
- SQL / SQL Developer
- Functional knowledge of:
- Grants
- Project Costing
- Contracts
- Accounts Receivable
- Billing
- Accounts Payable
- Travel & Expense
- Treasury
- General Ledger
- Commitment Control
- Asset Management
- Ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders
- Experience in testing frameworks and upgrade cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government or public sector clients
- Prior experience with the State of Oklahoma systems or processes
- Familiarity with the latest PeopleSoft PUM images
- Strong documentation and communication skills
