Responsibilities
- Support reporting, business process improvement, and workflow optimization
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics using Jira and AI tools
- Improve Jira workflows and maintain SOP documentation
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and provide project updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills
- 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Jira, dashboards, and SQL
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Interest in AI tools (Kiro AI exposure is a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
