Role: EUC/Desktop Engineer

Job Description
:• Manage and administer macOS and Windows devices using MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf Pro, Kandji)
.• Deploy, configure, patch, and maintain macOS and Windows systems and applications
.• Enforce security policies including FileVault, malware protection, and OS compliance
.• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Mac and Windows related hardware and software issues
.• Automate device management workflows using scripts and profiles
.• Maintain device inventory, licensing, and asset lifecycle management
.• Collaborate with IT security and service desk teams
.• Document standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
.• Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for Windows and macO
S• Troubleshoot hardware failures, OS issues, application errors, and user account
s• Perform workstation imaging, setup, and deployment for new hires and replacement
s• Support printers, scanners, AV equipment, and other office peripheral

Required Qualificatio
ns• 3 years of experience administering macOS and Windows in an enterprise environmen
t.• Strong knowledge of macOS architecture, security, and troubleshootin
g.• Experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM platform
s.• Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash or Zsh
).• Understanding networking fundamentals and identity managemen
t.• Excellent communication and documentation skill

Preferred Qualificati
ons• Jamf or Apple certifications (Jamf 200/300/400, Apple Certified IT Professiona
