Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately through hospitality reservation systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and address guest concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, room assignments, and special requests to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or equivalent platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous
- Previous experience with hotel experience, resort settings, or luxury accommodations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service problem-solving scenarios with professionalism and tact
