Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally while providing excellent customer support.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to staff by managing phone etiquette, coordinating meetings, and supporting personal assistant tasks when needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotels as a front desk agent or hotel sales required
- Proven office experience with a strong background in front desk operations and administrative support.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred).
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy combined with excellent phone etiquette and time management skills.
