Hotel Houseperson
When a guest walks into a hotel, the guest is wow’ed by the cleanliness and sparkle of the lobby and other areas of the hotel. A Houseperson is who makes all that happen. The Houseperson is responsible for keeping common areas of the hotel clean, making a guest feel welcome.
Join our friendly team of customer service experts at the Holiday Inn in Wilsonville, just 15 minutes south of Portland.
Houseperson Responsibilities:
- Clean lobby, public bathrooms, and other common areas of the hotel
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Clean table tops in lobby and other common areas
- Remove trash from lobby and other common areas
- Assist with laundry
- Deliver towels, sheets, etc, to guest rooms
Requirement
- Previous cleaning, janitorial experience a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Regularly moving, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holiday
