Seeking a full-time friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent / Receptionist to greet guests at the Holiday Inn in Wilsonville, just 15 minutes south of Portland. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Experience and Skills Requirement:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong cashiering experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
