We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and pressing machines efficiently and safely.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and garments according to established procedures.
- Inspect items for stains or damages and treat them appropriately before laundering.
- Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and work surfaces.
- Ensure that all laundry supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and garments.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling chemicals and operating machinery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
