Hotel Maintenance Person

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Person to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, performing repairs, and supporting a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance will help uphold our high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all hotel systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, appliances, and structural components
• Conduct residential painting, drywall repairs, carpentry work, and other handyman tasks to maintain property aesthetics and safety standards
• Maintain records of maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to guest requests or safety concerns related to facilities issues while providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role within hospitality or manufacturing environments
• Skilled in welding, residential painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks with attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical work, welding, and general maintenance practices
