Hotel Chief Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, particularly in the areas of HVAC, high voltage systems, and maintenance management. This role is critical in overseeing engineering projects, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Duties

• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of logic controllers and schematics.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of engineering projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to maintain operational efficiency.
• Implement maintenance management strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to high voltage systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to align engineering objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, logic controllers, and high voltage equipment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in maintenance management practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and logical reasoning.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
