Requirements:
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role combines the essential responsibilities of guest check-in and check-out, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing overnight operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. Duties
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly and professional check-in and check-out process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and reservations
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
- Oversee overnight security procedures, including CCTV surveillance and property inspections
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for audit purposes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, processing payments, and managing reservations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service
- Previous night audit or front desk experience in a resort or hotel environment is advantageous
- Must be available to train on all shifts. 7am-3pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm & 11:00pm-7:00am.
- Must be available to work shifts 3:00pm-11:00pm & 11:00pm-7:00am.
