We’re looking for a detail‑driven, hands‑on Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to join our Holiday Inn Express team. This role is essential to delivering the clean, comfortable, and consistent guest experience that defines the IHG brand. You’ll support the housekeeping team, inspect guest rooms and public areas, train new team members, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet IHG brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
- Assign daily room boards and tasks to room attendants and housepersons.
- Support room attendants with supplies, guidance, and problem‑solving throughout the shift.
- Assist with cleaning rooms or public areas when needed to maintain productivity and quality.
- Ensure all rooms meet Holiday Inn Express and IHG cleanliness and service expectations.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues using proper hotel procedures.
- Monitor linen usage, inventory levels, and supply ordering needs.
- rain, coach, and mentor new housekeeping team members.
- Provide ongoing feedback to staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
