Your Day-to-Day:
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless, comfortable, and inviting room. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor in accordance with Holiday Inn Express Brattleboro standards of cleanliness – including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms, sleeping areas, and sitting areas.
- Replenish supplies such as linens, amenities, and towels.
- Report any maintenance needs or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Work efficiently and effectively within the time frame allocated for each room.
- Support your team and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide friendly, professional service if approached by guests.
