Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our property
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and incident reports while adhering to hotel emergency procedures
- Support guest relations by resolving issues swiftly through customer service problem-solving and effective client communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours to meet operational needs
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar hotel management software
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
- Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system experience
- Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort settings or high-volume environments, is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
