Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and organizing utensils and supplies
• Restock buffet items promptly to ensure variety and availability throughout service hours
• Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing any dietary needs or special requests
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, catering assistant, or banquet server is highly desirable
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety standards in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
