Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are displayed attractively and at the appropriate temperatures.
- Assist guests with meal selection, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service, including bussing tables and replenishing food items as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including coffee machines and cooking appliances, while adhering to food handling safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional hospitality.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
