Breakfast Attendant
compensation: Pay Based on Experience

Key Requirements:
- Must have experience to be considered
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
- Be willing to work early hours daily (6AM start time)
- Physically demanding job, should be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on feet for 4 hour shifts
- Weekend availability is a must
Guest Service:
- Greet every guest warmly and professionally
- Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere in the breakfast area
- Answer guest questions about food items, hotel amenities, and local info
- Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance
- Handle guest concerns or complaints calmly and escalate when needed
Responsibilities:
- Handling the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet
- Keep the breakfast area clean and organized at all times
- Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and serving stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Wash and sanitize serving utensils and equipment
- Dispose of trash and recyclables regularly
- Clean kitchen/prep areas after service ends
- Notify management when supplies are low
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- Communicate guest counts and usage trends
- Report maintenance issues in the breakfast area
- Continuously restock food, drinks, utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Monitor buffet levels so items never run empty
- Rotate food properly (FIFO β first in, first out)
- Remove expired or low-quality items promptly
