- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing using hotel management systems.
- Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist guests with room assignments, key issuance, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are in top condition for guests’ arrival.

Experience
